Happy Chinese New Year

Happy New Year!

Happy New Year!!! After more than 10 days of sickness, I've finally recovered. Due to my sickness and the cold I've spreaded to Mommy, we've canceled the induction.   Thus, 妹妹 is still staying warm in Mommy's womb.  We're now waiting patiently for 妹妹's delivery.  God has already scheduled a perfect time for her to come, like a surprise!

It has been a tough week for me and Dad & Mom due to the severity of my cold, but everything passed.  I'm now a healthy and happy boy again.  Sadly, I've lost 2 lbs in 10 days... Daddy took me to his studio and took some new year pictures today.  I look quite skinny, but pretty handsome with a pointy chin! :)

Mom put something orange on me today. I feel bulky, but I let her do it. Then, she put something on my head. I feel heavy, but I let her do it. After 30 mins, I realized I was a Tigger and I cried.

Afterall, being a Tigger is better than being a worm. At least, Hong Yu 契姨 and Jennie EE are gonna LOVE me!

Why didn't Hong Yu 契姨 buy a Tigger costum for herself?

Daddy's Studio

Today, Daddy brought me up to his studio and asked me to be his model. I asked him if he could take Snowball instead but he insisted to take me... so I unwillingly let him took off my clothes and sat in the dark room for 20+ mintues!!!

Mama said all babies have a portrait with little hands fetching little feet, thus, I did it in a professional way. Mom was real happy about it and kept kissing me...

After posing for 10 minutes, I felt a bit hungry. So I cried. Mama suddenly blew some magic bubbles and it was the first time I've ever seen BUBBLES. I quitted crying and tried to eat them, but as soon as I touched them, they disappeared. So, I cried again.

Dad & Mom said I did an excellent job today. I may be able to be a real model one day...

My first family portrait

Mom saw a very sweet family portrait in a postcard and she asked 姑婆 to take one for us in Daddy's studio. According to the postcard, baby sits in the middle with dad & mom kissing the baby's face...sounds sweet. But our portrait didn't turn out to be too sweet. It was daddy's fault. He was supposed to gently touch my face, not forcefully kissed as he did. My face was totally distorted as you see in the pictures. So I decided to cry.
