Charlotte started walking today!!! She picked the occasion with the biggest applause! :)

Charlotte's 1st Birthday

Today is Charlotte's first birthday. We didn't do a big celebration, instead, a mini birthday party with just 4 of us. We put a crown on her to make her a princess of the day. She refused to wear it at first, but then kept it on all day after we told her it was "靚靚". She's such a cute 貪靚豬.

I feel bittersweet today as my little girl turns 1 today. Feel excited for her hitting such an important milestone with health and happiness, but yet, feel bad to see her turning into a toddler. I'm going to miss Charlotte as a baby forever. She's such an adorable and funny baby girl.

Goo goo made her an organic heart-shaped cupcake as a birthday cake. It looks lovely and healthy!!! We got her some balloons and a book "The ten little Rubber Duckies". She loves them!!!

Monkey 母女

Check out this Monkey 母女裝... Jennie EE sent Charlotte the Small Frank pajama without knowing Mommy has the same bath robe. Isn't it cute? I need to get a blue set for myself and Daddy too! :)

潮童

While Jennie EE and Alan 叔叔 are training Alexis to be a 潮童 using flash cards, Mom told me Charlotte and I were born half a 潮童 - 潮州兒童. Yet, she works hard to make Mui Mui a REAL 潮童 - 潮流兒童. 潮??

Say "Coo"

"妹妹識講野!!!". Charlotte is only 2 months old but she can already talk! My little sis is so cool that she'll only say 'Cool'!

Sickness doesn't dampen the uplifting spirit of this little lady. She lifts us up too!

Charlotte hospitalized

Poor Charlotte was hospitalized for 2 days & 1 night after having a fever of 100.3F. Dad & Mom stayed in the hospital with her while I was home with Goo Goo. Little Charlotte was surely trumatized, and so was Mommy. She cried whenever Charlotte cried. Thank God that all tests - urine, blood, and spinal returned negative, while the flu test returned positive as expected. Yea... she got the flu from Mom.

Thankfully, little Char isn't very sick except some stuffy nose and mild cough. Our doctor believed the flu didn't hit her too hard because of the antibodies in her body through mom's breast milk. Let's pray that she'll recover soon.

Full Month

Today is Charlotte's 1-month birthday. She showed me how to do cross-eye! She's such a funny lady!

See Charlotte on her 25th day! Somehow her eyes are already bigger than mine, even though my head is 2 times bigger than hers! How could that be?

Sister Charlotte

After all these months, my little sister mysteriously came out from Mom's tummy!  Here she is.  Isn't she cute?!!! When I picked her up from the hospital, she even gave me a mini Ding Dong Dong as a gift! 

Mom thinks I've been a very nice big brother as I didn't show any sign of jealousy.  I even asked Mom to hold Charlotte when she cries. 

Dad compared Charlotte with my baby's pics and find a lot of resemblance in us! Isn't it great?!

Baby Shower for 妹妹

Dory 契Ma and many EE Suk Suk were so nice to throw a baby shower luncheon for 妹妹... See the Ding Dong cake, as if it was for me!!!

We've scheduled an induction to bring 妹妹 out on 12/30.  I'm all excited about it and keep saying words like "妹妹就嚟出嚟啦!!!" every now and then.  Somehow I get an impression that pink is 妹妹's favorite color, maybe because of her room and bedding.  Thus for every pink object, I'll simply present it to Mommy's tummy and say "比妹妹".  I even started calling myself "BB 哥哥" or "Ethan 哥哥".  We all hope I'll be a loving 哥哥 when she comes out.  

I think I will :)  

妹妹

This morning, Daddy and Mommy came home very happily with these black-and-white pictures. Mommy pointed to 1 of the pictures and said, "This is your 妹妹!".

I looked at the picture, with a lot of confusion, and didn't know how to respond. Although 妹妹 looked like a skull in the picture, I would still love her. Daddy should take some better pictures of 妹妹next time.

In order to prepare me to have a 妹妹 in several months, Daddy and Mommy read me a book named "I'm a big brother" all the time... Now, I think I'll be a good 哥哥!
